Orders
How do I track my order?
Open Track order and enter your order number and the phone number you used at checkout. If you have an account, your orders are under My orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, while it is still pending or confirmed. Open the order in your account and choose Cancel, or contact us.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka city it usually takes 1 to 2 working days, and 3 to 5 working days elsewhere in Bangladesh.
How much does delivery cost?
The cost depends on your district and is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over ৳3,000 ship free with standard delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, and cards or mobile banking through SSLCommerz.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. Card and wallet payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our return policy for details.
When will I get my refund?
